Cynthia J. Pasky is the founder, president and CEO of Detroit-based Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3), a global information technology and business services company. S3 provides information technology consulting, customized solutions, vendor management programs, executive search services, call center technology and IT and business development services through more than 20 offices in the U.S. and Europe. Under her leadership S3 is in its 21st consecutive year of growth, posting revenues of $205 million in 2010. While leading a steadily expanding company, Pasky is actively involved in numerous community activities and non-profit organizations.
Pasky serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Downtown Detroit Partnership, a public private partnership of business, government, and civic leaders working to strengthen downtown Detroit’s employment, entertainment and residential assets. She also co-chairs the Urban Strategies Committee of Business Leaders for Michigan (formerly Detroit Renaissance), a private, non-profit executive leadership organization dedicated to making Michigan a “Top Ten” state for job and economic growth, and is a member of their board of directors and executive committee. Pasky also is a board member for the Community Foundation for Southeastern Michigan, United Way of Southeastern Michigan, Foreign Investment Advisory and Supervision Council in Lithuania, Detroit Riverfront Conservancy, Detroit Youth Foundation and the Detroit Institute of Arts.
